Mr. Tyson began his career in Real Estate Property Management In 1999, working for Kamson Corporation out of Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. He broke barriers being the first African American Manager of the company. During his tenure with Kamson Corporation as Regional Property Manager. He went from site manager to Regional Manager in less then three years due to his ability to increase the occupancy rate from 75% to 100% and was recognized for his achievements by being promoted to Regional manager in which he managed over 900 units of market rate apartments and condominiums in the northeast region of New Jersey.
Mr. Tyson is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association.
His certifications include Business and Management Courses, Leasing Consultant Development, Asbestos Operation and Maintenance Training, Mold Operation and Maintenance Training, Lead Operation and Maintenance Training, Hi-Rise Experience, Multi Million Dollar Rehab Experience, Section 8 / HUD / Tax Credit Experience. Knowledge of Property Management Software which includes Rent Roll, MRI, IBS and Yardi Experience.
Trena Tyson (Vice President)
Mrs. Tyson began her career in banking in 1998, working for Hudson City Savings Bank out of Glen Rock, New Jersey. She managed and developed relationships with new and existing affluent customers through professional consultative financial analysis. Actively sourcing and prospecting of affluent customers
Upselling, cross-selling, providing regular market information updates and trend analysis.
Mrs. Tyson is in charge of proactively leading the team to achieve established goals, and directly participating in related business negotiations and transactions of significant financial or other business impact.
Mrs. Tyson is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association.
